From time to time Adopt a Family has particular needs or information that we need to publish on a “right here, right now” basis. This page is where you’ll find such special notices.
As you shop back to school sales for your children, we hope you’ll consider picking up some extras for Adopt a Family. For those of our children who have a backpack on their “wish list” we try to fill it with all the things they’ll need for school; notebooks, pens, pencils, etc.; you get the drift.
We also try to give each of the children a set of clothing, so if you pick up shirts or pants, underwear or socks on sale, consider putting an extra one in your basket for a child whose parents can’t buy new clothes for their kids. Don’t worry about the size, we handle 4800 kids so whatever you buy is sure to fit. Please keep in mind that everything must be new.
